All in all I spent eight dollars on tomato plants this summer, Roma to be exact. They’re the best to make my bruschetta. I planted them in miracle grow potting soil.
I had my daughter stake them to dowel rods when they got too tall; and watered them when I thought about it but paid little attention to them. I was going to let nature take its course. And nature did well, at one point I counted over a dozen!
AVery Hungry Caterpillar.
Well, not anymore anyway. It didn’t move the entire time I was taking pictures.
I left it alone. I figured it couldn’t eat anymore and besides there were no signs of relatives.
Anyone know what kind of butterfly this will be?
